Community service is an amazing thing that I think people should do more often because not too many people like community work but actually it is worth it because you make friends, learn, and set examples that change people! It’s so important in life and in my life because it is about taking your time and using it to reach out and help others. That is what I want to do. I want to reach out and make a difference in peoples live! When I help and talk to people they also sometime show me something or tell me something that I didn’t know so when I do community service and help I also learn something from them!
I do community service myself in my church; I am a pre-school volunteer which means that I help out with the little kids!! I also just signed up to do more community service which is called the middle school internship! When I do community service around the church there are always great people they to be with you and I have made so many friends from it! It also sets an example for younger kids as well as other people too. I love to help out; it makes me feel good about myself. I love how the little kids that I work with scream my name and come running up to me hugging me. It makes me feel so loved and wonderful and it makes me feel special!! When you do something good for someone it will always come back around to you. When I see a chance that I can help out with anything I pounce on it!
The reason why I like being a pre-school volunteer is because when I help out with the little kid my job is to make their attitude better and to help change the way they behave. I get to make a difference in them! I feel joyful when I am with them it really does make me feel great when all the little kid want me and want me to hold them it lets me know that I am doing my job just right!!! I love how they believe that anything in the world is possible! They believe that they are unstoppable!
The reason why I like doing middle school internship is because right now it is just starting and I am so excited because they said that they were going to go serve around the building and help transform our world and other people into better things!! I have no clue what services we will do but I can’t wait to find out!!!! There will be a bunch of people my age and older!! I have a college intern leader she is the leader of a couple of my friends and I. She is so nice she is almost like my older sister to me! She teaches us so many new things I can’t wait to see if she is going to serve with us she probably will. That is why community serves is very so important in my life and in anyone’s!
