The overall goal of the Kidney Disease Screening and Awareness Program (KDSAP) will be to raise awareness of chronic kidney disease among community members in Boston and the surrounding areas by providing educational materials and free health screenings. Since there is a higher prevalence of chronic kidney disease among Asian Americans, African Americans, and Hispanics, we hope to serve these groups in particular. KDSAP will initially work with communities in Framingham, Lowell, and Boston Chinatown.
