CityTeam Family & Youth Outreach helps meet the critical needs of community members living below the poverty line by providing them with the resources they need to overcome the hardships the are facing, including food insecurity, and break the cycle of poverty.

We distribute food boxes, backpacks filled with school supplies, clothing and household goods to families in need through out the south Bay Area. With Poverty on the rise we are seeing more families in need of assistance who are struggling to survive each month.

Families struggle to cope with the failing economy by making sacrifices and often having to choose whether to buy food or pay rent. Addressing these concerns will require us as a community to reach out and help families in need with the various programs ... (more)
