The Jade Ribbon Youth Council and The Asian Liver Center at Stanford University are hosting various restaurant fundraisers on World Hepatitis Day, and YOU can make a difference by attending one of them! A certain percentage of the proceeds will go directly towards the worldwide eradication of hepatitis B.

SEVENTEEN cities throughout the Bay Area have proclaimed the week of May 17-23, 2009 "Hepatitis B Awareness Week": Campbell, Cupertino, Daly City, Fremont, Gilroy, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Newark, Oakland, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Jose, San Ramon, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, and Walnut Creek.
