Since our school is subject to numerous budget cuts going on this semester, we worked really hard trying to find sufficient monetary funds for our basketball tournament in December, Hoops for Hep B.

Here were some of the stuff we came up with:

* 2 competiting teams for Bake Sales around the Berkeley area - see my other blog for detailed overview!

* a very generous fundraising opportunity from a local student/alumni-run late night food service, Pho Me Now!

Here is a little spiel about it:

Please help support Team HBV!

Order Pho Me Now, and 20% of your order will go toward the Jade Ribbon Campaign and our basketball tournament, Hoops for Hep B.

GO TO:
http://phomenow.com/

order delicious pho, appetizers, and/or drinks!

Just type in "TEAMHBV" in the coupon redemption box or the comment box when you check out!

So please order PHO ME NOW and in the coupon redemption code box or the comment box, enter "TEAMHBV" and 20% will go to us and you will get to experience the best late night delivery in Berkeley!

Team HBV works to promote awareness of Hepatitis B and Liver Cancer. We're putting on a basketball tournament to spread awareness in a more creative way to groups we normally wouldn't target. If you are interested in playing in the basketball tournament, please contact a member of Team...
